Meet Kim

I created The Power Pause Retreat because I needed one.

As a seasoned executive and leadership strategist, I spent years helping others grow—designing programs, building leaders, coaching teams, and holding space for everyone else. I was respected. Relied upon. But quietly, I was exhausted. The kind of exhaustion that sleep doesn’t fix. The kind that comes from constantly being on: producing, proving, leading.

I realized what I craved most wasn’t another productivity hack. It was space. Stillness. A soft place to land.

And I knew I wasn’t alone.

The Power Pause Retreat was born from that moment of clarity. A calling to create intentional, curated experiences for women like you: brilliant, accomplished, powerful... and tired of carrying it all.

I built this retreat as a sacred interruption. A space where you don’t have to perform. Where you can rediscover the power in your pause, and leave not just recharged, but changed.

Because leadership starts with how you lead yourself.

And power doesn’t always look like pushing; it can also look like pulling back, breathing deep, and choosing yourself.

Warmly,

Kim

Meet Rima

I am an executive coach and the founder of The Mosaic Mindset, a leadership practice shaped by a simple, lasting observation: women who lead with intelligence and composure often carry far more than anyone realizes. Years of walking alongside these women have taught me how much strength goes unseen and how rarely there is space to set it down.

I am partnering on The Power Pause Retreat because I saw how often capable women were expected to keep going without pause, holding responsibility with grace while their own needs were quietly deferred. This retreat is my way of offering something different: a space designed not to ask more of you, but to give something back.

My work is centered on creating environments where high-performing women can finally exhale. Spaces that are calm, intentional, and deeply respectful of where you are—not where you think you should be. From the pacing of the day to the quiet between conversations, every detail is designed to help your nervous system soften and your clarity return.

I bring an elite executive development lens to this retreat, not to drive performance or extract insight, but to hold space with discernment. I pay close attention to what is said, what remains unsaid, and what becomes possible when there is no urgency to perform. When the weight of responsibility loosens, clarity doesn’t need to be chased, it arrives.

Warmly,

Rima
