When should I arrive and depart?

Full arrival and departure guidance will be provided upon registration. We recommend arriving early enough to settle into your space and begin the retreat from a grounded place.

What is the cancellation policy?

Because space is limited, cancellations must be made by March 31, 2026. Detailed policies will be provided before final booking to ensure clarity and transparency.

Will there be alcohol?

Yes, wine is included during select experiences (e.g., dinner, paint & sip). All participation is optional and mindful drinking is encouraged.

Is this retreat suitable for all fitness levels?

Yes. All activities—such as the nature walk—are designed to be gentle and accessible. Nothing strenuous, nothing high impact.
